Thorough Hiring Process

  • Recruiting. Next, we search our databases, the local community, and other resources to locate candidates.
  • Screening/Qualifying. Job candidates are then screened for the proper skill set, relevant experience, and suitable attitude.
  • Initial Interview. Qualified candidates are contacted for a pre-screening interview by a Avysion recruiter.
  • Client Interview. If you choose, an interview is coordinated with you and each candidate to ensure the proper fit.
  • Written Confirmation/Offer Letter. Once a candidate has been selected, we create an offer letter for the selected individual.
  • Background Check. Once an offer letter has been accepted, a background check is completed.
  • Confirmation. You are then informed of the candidate’s decision to accept the offer as well as the results of the background check.
  • Candidate Orientation. The new employee is then notified of the start date, job location, report time, and the name of their supervisor, along with any other necessary details of their employment.
